New to focusing?
Focusing is a set of skills and practices, a philosophy, and a world-wide network. Focusing is the brainchild of the American philosopher Eugene Gendlin. He developed it as a way to help people tap into an inner source of wisdom and direction that we all can learn to access. We teach focusing to people who are new to focusing. You can click Learn Focusing to learn how we teach focusing. We also provide a space for people to practice focusing, Click Focusing Exchanges for how we do focusing exchanges. And we guide people in focusing for people who just want help finding the next step forward. Everything we do is free as we view this work as a ministry.
